Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT Service Management processes, SLA governance, vendor coordination.
• Handle Incident, Problem & Issue Management with RCA resolution.
• Track SLA compliance & performance reporting.
• Lead post-incident reviews & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders across clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in IT Service Management across complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes & service delivery practices.
• Vendor management & SLA governance expertise.
• Preferred: Healthcare IT or Government sector project experience.
