We are hiring a Senior Purchase Manager with 20+ years of experience in marine construction procurement to lead our purchasing team. You will source materials and services for coastal and offshore projects, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of marine construction materials like piling, steel, and anchors.

Create purchasing plans that meet project timelines and budgets.

Build strong relationships with vendors for quality and timely delivery.

Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance.

Work with engineering and logistics teams for smooth supply coordination.

Track market trends and supply chain risks.

Ensure compliance with project specs and regulations.

Lead and mentor a procurement team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Civil/Marine Engineering, or related field.

20 years of procurement experience, including 10 years in marine or heavy infrastructure.
