Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Human Resources within the manufacturing sector.
• Education: MBA / Post Graduate in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
