Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user systems in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for desktop, network, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS).
• Perform remote troubleshooting and deliver clear technical guidance.
• Support hardware and software configurations and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
• Follow ITIL best practices in incident and problem management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a relevant IT field.
• 6–8 years of proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Knowledge of network security practices, antivirus programs, and office automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract Type: 6-month extendable contract
