Client: Leading Multinational Organization in the Healthcare/GPO Sector
Experience: 8+ Years in Procurement (Construction/Civil) | Managerial: 6+ Years
We’re looking for a seasoned procurement leader from a civil/construction background to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category development for large-scale healthcare and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead category strategy and civil works procurement aligned with global sourcing standards
Drive supplier relationship management and contract lifecycle processes
Oversee tendering, contract development, vendor classification & procurement analytics
Collaborate with account management to meet internal and external sourcing demands
Provide leadership across procurement processes with a strong focus on value, compliance, and performance
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of procurement experience in construction or civil works
6+ years in a leadership or management capacity
Experience in GPO or healthcare infrastructure projects is preferred
Proficiency in vendor sourcing, tendering, and procurement data analytics
Strong communication and contract negotiation skills
Arabic language is a plus
