We are looking for a strategic and driven procurement leader to join a globally reputed organization in Abu Dhabi. This role involves leading the procurement division, driving strategy, supplier relationships, contract management, and ensuring alignment with global sourcing goals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic procurement and sourcing frameworks

Lead supplier relationship management and contract lifecycle management

Align procurement practices with business and client requirements

Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness through data and spend analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal procurement solutions

Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team

Ensure compliance with UAE laws and global procurement standards

Champion change, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Health Systems, Pharma or related (MBA preferred)

12+ years in procurement, with 6+ years in leadership roles

Proven experience in a GPO or healthcare sector

Strong understanding of contract management, vendor negotiations, and procurement analytics

Familiarity with ERP tools, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Office suite

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Arabic language is a plus

Knowledge of UAE contracting/legal frameworks is highly preferred
