SS Lootah Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact construction projects from concept to completion. If you're a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of construction operations and a passion for delivering excellence, we want to hear from you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects—both technically and commercially—from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against set milestones.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical and practical issues as they arise on site.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and other project personnel for efficient resource planning.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
🏗️ Work Environment
- Split between office and on-site project locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by project timelines.
