💡 Key Skills & Responsibilities:

✔️ Expertise in SCCM, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy

✔️ Creating users via Domain Controller, configuring DNS & DSCP

✔️ Email setup & support (Outlook, Exchange, IMAP, POP, Cache Mode, Address Book)

✔️ User Management and VPN Support

✔️ Experience with Multifactor Authentication Solutions

✔️ Building and upgrading laptops & desktops (Win XP to Win 10)

✔️ Following ITIL-based support processes
