We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our growing team in Al Jubail. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace safety, enforce health and safety standards, and foster a culture of safety excellence across all operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

⚠️ Identify, report, and correct unsafe acts and conditions immediately.

📝 Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety observations.

🦺 Facilitate and lead safety training sessions for employees and contractors.

🤝 Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other teams to enhance workplace safety culture.

📊 Prepare safety reports, KPIs, and risk assessments for management review.

🚨 Participate in emergency drills, accident investigations, and incident follow-ups.

💡 Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and share recommendations for mitigation of hazards.

🌍 Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory standards and international safety best practices.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.

🕐 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in safety within industrial, construction, or petrochemical environments.

🦺 Knowledge of HSE standards, local regulations, and risk management practices.

🗣️ Strong communication and leadership skills.

💻 Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

⚡ Ability to work under pressure and handle field operations efficiently.
