Overview: We are seeking a reliable Administrative Support professional to assist with day-to-day office operations in Abu Dhabi. The role supports local business activities and coordinates with the Global Business Support team in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk and reception duties, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
- Organize catering, hospitality services, and meeting logistics.
- Assist with hotel contracts, negotiation, and booking arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Global Business Support team for UAE-specific administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred.
- Availability to join immediately.
