Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer (Arabic)

Location: Onsite-Abu Dhabi.

Duration: 1-year extendable contract

Job Overview:

Provide expert-level support by executing advanced troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to implement impactful solutions, optimizing application support, and ensuring system stability with minimal downtime for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLAs.

Monitor and optimize application performance and system health.

Maintain and enhance support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Support system upgrades, configurations, and automation processes.

Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards.

Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior team members.

Technical Skills:

Application architecture, performance tuning, and diagnostics.

Scripting and automation tools.

System monitoring and backup operations.

Behavioral Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and teamwork.

Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Experience Required: 6–8 years

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications Preferred: Azure, AWS, Sitecore Next.js, Microsoft CRM D365, Software AG
