Metamorfs is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare IT to help drive impactful digital transformation across clinical and operational workflows.

🩺 Key Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years in healthcare IT (EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Salama)

– Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations & data privacy standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10)

– Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, UAT documentation, and process modeling (Visio, Lucidchart)

– Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps

– Fluent in Arabic and English preferred
