Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Manager to manage Mainland & Free Zone company formations. The role involves:

• Advising clients on jurisdictions, license types, and structures
• Handling complete company setup processes
• Coordinating with authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.)
• Guiding clients on documentation, visas, and bank account setup
• Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations

Requirements

• 2–3 years proven UAE Mainland & Free Zone setup experience
• Strong knowledge of government procedures & free zone authorities
• Excellent client advisory & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & documentation handling
