• Prepare and portion meat cuts as per kitchen and menu requirements.

• Assist chefs with preparation for daily service and maintain storage standards.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience as a butcher or commis in a kitchen environment.
• Age between 25–36 years.
• Fluent in English with a good personality.
