Requirements:

✔️ Relevant qualifications in Food Technology, Engineering, or Chocolate/Confectionery Production

✔️ Mandatory UAE experience in the food or chocolate industry

✔️ Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and production protocols

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

🏭 Oversee and manage chocolate production processes

🔍 Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency

⚙️ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chocolate production machinery

🍫 Craft, innovate, and develop new chocolate recipes & product lines

📋 Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards
