Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently.
• Provide support and solutions in Russian, Turkish, Chinese, and German to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure professional communication and timely follow-ups at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian, Turkish, Chinese, German, and English (spoken).
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
