We’re on the hunt for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy marketing specialist to join our growing team at DD Group. If you're someone who lives on social, dreams in hashtags, and knows your way around SEO, SEM, and a content calendar — we want you!

💼 Your Day-to-Day:

📅 Social Media Scheduling & Posting

Ensure all posts are scheduled or live across platforms — with well-written, engaging captions.

🔗 Off-Page SEO & Backlinking

Execute daily targets for directory submissions, forum engagement, business listings, and Q&As to boost search visibility.

📱 Community Engagement & Social Listening

Spend time on platforms to interact, comment, reply to inboxes, engage with relevant posts, and track post performance via insights.

📝 Script Writing for Project Reels & Content

Work alongside the team to prepare short, punchy scripts and ideas for upcoming property tours and construction projects.

🖼️ Creative Workflow Support

Ensure the creative team delivers next-day content on time and aligns with the marketing calendar.

🧠 What You Should Know:

-SEO/SEM basics and off-page SEO strategies

-Social media trends, viral reel editing styles, and trending music

-Writing strong captions and conducting hashtag research

-Content calendar management

-Photo editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

✅ What We're Looking For:

-1–2 years of digital marketing experience in Dubai’s real estate or construction sector

-An out of the box approach to come up with ideas for lead generation

-A sharp eye for detail and trend-spotting

-Confident communicator and team player

-Organized with a self-starter mindset

-Basic design/photo editing skills are a plus!
