• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities

• Prepare & process daily payments (UAE & GCC)

• Month-end vendor payments coordination

• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger review

🔹 Reporting & Payroll

• Daily/Monthly sales and funds status reports (UAE & GCC)

• Data extraction and sales reporting across Bahrain, Oman, KSA

• Payroll collation & monthly salary processing

🔹 Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Prepare audit schedules & respond to auditor queries

• VAT filings (quarterly – UAE & GCC)

• Support corporate tax registration processes

🔹 Banking & General Coordination

• KYC submissions, cheque book requests, and bank liaisons

• Participate in monthly sales meetings and inter-department coordination

• Communicate with management for finance-related queries

🎓 Qualifications:

✔️ Graduate in Commerce

✔️ Semi-qualified professional (ACCA, CA, CPA, ACA)

✔️ 5–8 years of independent accounting experience
