We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented General Manager to lead manufacturing operations and spearhead international expansion for a reputed manufacturing company in Umm Al Quwain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage departments including production, QC, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Drive international business development, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with trade laws, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in factory or plant management (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong entrepreneurial and business management mindset.
• Hands-on operational experience across multiple departments.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
