Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage the full employee life cycle (onboarding, induction, exits, documentation)

✔️ Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing

✔️ Handle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding

✔️ Process visas and liaise with PRO/government authorities

✔️ Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
