5. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.

6. Develop strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.

7. Conduct background checks and verify employment history.

8. Maintain professional relationships with candidates and manage recruitment processes efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment in a real estate brokerage company.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
