Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and train barista staff to deliver top-tier coffee and service

- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation

- Manage inventory, ordering, and daily operations

- Maintain hygiene and safety standards

- Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of barista experience, including team leadership

- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
