IT Risk Specialist - Bilingual (Preferring Arabic speaker)

Duration - 6 months and extendable

Location - Qatar (Only Qatar locally available candidate are applicable)

Year of experience - 5+ years

Job Description -

Minimum 5 years of experience in Managing IT audits, risk and compliance management within in ports, public sector or medium to large - size organization.

Middle East experience is preferred.

Certification in COBIT and CRISC are required.

Additional Information Security (IS) certification in at least one for the following: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or GIAC, is an advantage.

Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards such as Qatar NIA, ISO, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, and other security frameworks.

Strong understanding of information systems and networks and all areas of IS including data protection, incident management, and vulnerability management.

Knowledge of development and management of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Previous experience with IT systems, threat/risk assessments, IT audits and regulatory compliance such as NCSA and GDPR would be an asset.

Proficiency in risk analysis tools, dashboards, and Excel or DRC platforms.

Experience with cloud security controls and administration would be an asset.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Qualification -

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
