We are looking for an experienced IT Support Operations Expert with strong English communication skills and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience, preferably within a government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day monitoring and support for all IT services and operations

Handle support tickets via helpdesk and ensure resolution within SLA

Manage Time Attendance systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Exchange Online)

Deliver IT support for both internal and external events

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English

Prior experience in UAE IT operations, especially within government sectors

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and user support

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
