Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Manager – Investor Relations to support the VP – Investor Relations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring investors are well-informed about the company’s equity by providing timely updates on operations, financial statements, and market performance to shareholders and third-party equity research analysts.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years supporting a Vice President or C-level executive at a public company (preferably in Investor Relations or Finance).

✔️ High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✔️ Experience interfacing with investors, investment bankers, customers, vendors, visitors, and dignitaries.
