Key Responsibilities

-Conceptualize, develop, and execute a rotating menu of non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails), infusions, and beverage pairings

-Collaborate with chefs to create flavor pairings that elevate the dining experience

-Source and prepare high-quality ingredients, including house-made syrups, shrubs, and fermentations

-Educate staff and guests on the craft and story behind each beverage

-Ensure consistent presentation, taste, and service quality

-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications

-Proven experience in mixology, with a strong emphasis on non-alcoholic beverage design

-Experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting preferred

-Deep understanding of flavor balance, ingredients, and technique

-Creative mindset with a passion for guest experience and storytelling

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

-Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
