Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

Certifications:

CCNA – Mandatory

CCNP or an equivalent advanced networking certification – Preferred

Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent cloud platform experience – Preferred

Technical Competencies:

Strong understanding of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with cloud networking, hybrid networks, and secure connectivity

Proficiency with ITIL v4 practices, including incident, change, and problem management

Experience working with structured ticketing systems and following defined SLA workflow
