🚀 We’re Hiring: OA Budgeting Officer (Operating Accounts)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month

Connecting Minds HR Services is partnering with a leading property developer in Dubai to hire an experienced OA Budgeting Officer. This vital role will manage budgeting, financial planning, and operational accounting for multiple Jointly Owned Properties (JOPs) under the Owners Association (OA) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual and interim RERA-compliant financial audits for 100+ JOPs

Prepare financial annexures and reports as per RERA guidelines

Coordinate audit processes, liaising with auditors and internal teams

Manage month-end close activities including ledger reconciliations and accrual postings

Ensure VAT compliance and timely filing of VAT returns

Assist in preparing annual budgets, monitoring performance, and reporting variances

Reconcile income streams and prepare comprehensive financial reports

Maintain audit-compliant financial records and balance sheet schedules

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

4–6 years’ experience in OA or real estate accounting (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and JOP financial processes

Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
