📢 Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat & Amazon

📧 Manage retention strategies – Email, SMS, Push Notifications

📊 Track and report KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR

📸 Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ad content

🔧 Ensure proper tracking: Pixels, UTM tagging, GTM integration

💡 Stay updated on ad trends, algorithms, and best practices

🎓 What You’ll Need:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business

✅ 3–4 years of performance marketing experience

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in TikTok & Snapchat ads

✅ Proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Meta Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics

✅ Passion for beauty and consumer behavior
