Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO/Founder of a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role demands exceptional professionalism, multitasking, emotional intelligence, and unwavering attention to detail. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and extension of the CEO, ensuring their time, schedule, and priorities are aligned for maximum efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
• Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar across time zones
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, events, and travel plans
• Anticipate and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting documents
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Maintain a high-level understanding of business priorities to proactively manage time and tasks
Communication Management
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, messages)
• Draft, review, and proofread emails, letters, reports, and official communication
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, investors, and partners on behalf of the CEO
Project & Task Coordination
• Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives
• Maintain organized records, databases, and executive filing systems
Travel & Logistics
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel, visa arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
• Prepare travel briefings, agendas, and post‑trip reports
Lifestyle & Personal Assistance
• Manage personal appointments, errands, and household logistics
• Coordinate with service providers, stylists, and concierge services as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Please note: Experience candidates from UAE or work permit of UAE will be eligible to apply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or founders
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus)
• High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Comfortable with occasional after-hours availability or travel
