We’re looking for a Research & Development Specialist to join our team immediately! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, loves working with Korean beauty trends, and thrives in a global environment.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Strong research and analytical skills, with an eye for cultural and consumer trends

• Knowledge of Korean products, ingredients, and packaging technologies

• Ability to manage international suppliers and work cross-culturally

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Willingness to travel for sourcing and international trade events

🎓 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Technology, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in R&D or product sourcing

• Experience with product adaptation or import/export regulations is a plus
