Overview

Lead front-of-house operations for a high-volume fine dining venue. The role demands a polished service style, strong supervisory ability, and experience managing large restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure service standards are met consistently.
• Supervise, coach and schedule front-of-house staff to maintain high productivity.
• Manage guest relations, handle service recovery and ensure outstanding dining experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth service flow during high-volume periods.
• Monitor quality, presentation and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven fine dining experience in a supervisory or managerial front-of-house role.
• Strong background in high-volume operations with excellent leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
