Location: Al Ghail Industrial Area - RAK - UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our HR team. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

• Update and maintain employee master data (attendance, overtime, deductions, leave, benefits).

• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile with Finance.

• Handle gratuity, leave settlements, and final settlements.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with HR on employee-related changes impacting payroll.

• Respond to employee payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism.

• Maintain payroll-related documents, files, and confidential records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).

• Knowledge of SAP HANA payroll module (Mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS requirements.

• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
