Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and improve our organic search performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that align with our business goals, especially in the healthcare or hospital industry.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. Candidates who can join right away will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Conduct thorough keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for target keywords and SEO best practices.
Perform on-page optimization tasks including title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, and internal linking.
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements related to site structure, speed, and mobile usability.
Build and execute link-building strategies, including paid guest posting and backlinks, to enhance domain authority.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
Stay current with changes in search engine algorithms and SEO industry best practices.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital initiatives.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing SEO for healthcare or hospital websites.
Knowledge of local SEO techniques and Google Business Profile optimization.
Understanding of content marketing principles and their role in SEO.
