✅ Requirements:

🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

🕐 Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.

📑 Expertise in updating job descriptions for diverse positions.

💰 Skilled in designing & implementing salary grading structures through job evaluations and pay structure revisions.

📊 Strong background in employee evaluation and appraisal systems.

📘 Proficiency in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies & procedures.

🌐 Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop, review, and update job descriptions & specifications for all company roles.

🔹 Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive salary grading & pay structure to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

🔹 Lead the employee performance evaluation & appraisal process, ensuring transparency and career development.

🔹 Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

🔹 Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and support organizational decision-making.

🔹 Conduct job evaluations, market analysis, and benchmarking to align compensation strategies with industry standards.

🔹 Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
