Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Responsibility Division Director to provide leadership and oversight for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives across Abu Dhabi. The role will drive strategic frameworks, policy development, and measurable social impact through collaborative private-sector engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic CSR framework aligned with Abu Dhabi’s social and community goals.
• Oversee the design and implementation of a CSR Index to measure private sector contributions.
• Supervise creation of both financial and non-financial incentives to encourage CSR participation.
• Support and advise private-sector organizations in planning and delivering effective CSR programs.
• Coordinate recognition and awards for CSR contributors in partnership with government and private stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze CSR-related data, including financial and in-kind contributions from multiple sectors.
• Develop and manage a centralized CSR hub to align corporate contributions with community needs.
• Drive CSR awareness and participation across Abu Dhabi’s business ecosystem.
• Oversee relationship management with key partners and ensure execution of engagement plans.
• Evaluate CSR program impact, develop reports, and monitor achievement of strategic KPIs.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Executive Director.

Experience & Qualifications

• For UAE Nationals: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social or public sector.
• For Non-Nationals: Minimum 11 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social or public sector.
• Proven expertise in CSR program design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background in strategy, policy development, and data-driven social impact measurement.
