Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in fabrication within Oil & Gas, with at least 3+ years as a foreman or supervisor.
• Hands-on experience in structural steel shop fabrication and/or field erection.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, NDT/inspection, and relevant codes & standards (AWS, ASME, ISO, or local equivalents).
• Capability to read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication details, sections, and weld symbols.
• Experience with lifting and rigging operations (for erection) and safe handling of heavy sections.
• Good understanding of safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
