Job Description -

We are looking for talented graduates with strong functional expertise, who are passionate about technologies and have strong analytical and communication skills to take on these challenges,

As an Onsite Client Services Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical support & maintenance activities including:

Analyze and solve client issues onsite with the Client team.

By doing so, you will get to know vendor’s software, the needs of one of our most strategic regional customers, as you work through a variety of functional and technical issues that arise during product implementation and post-implementation usage

Interact between Client, Client Experience Team, Development, Sales and Product Management depending on client issue to:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Client business process

Set up, manage and maintain alerts for critical events

Ensure proactive issue detection

Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption and ensure reliability

Conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Ensure automation monthly runs and reduce manual intervention

Analyze Client resource usage to proactively recommend adjustments

Manage and maintain historical data clean up

Maintain Client Solution Back-ups

Support Client analysis of Solution output

Facilitate User education sessions

Facilitate communication and collaboration between:

Client teams to ensure the efficient delivery of required reporting

Client and vendor Client Experience team to ensure deep understanding of issues and quick resolution

Client and vendor Professional Services team to ensure deep mutual understanding of adhoc requirements and ahead of upcoming projects

Communicate and hand off any arising Client requirements to vendor Account Management team
