Full-time role for a System Administrator supporting Windows Server environments, identity services, and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server infrastructure and maintain Active Directory.
• Support and manage Exchange and SCCM environments.
• Manage endpoint protection solutions and perform regular security/health checks.
• Work with ITSM tools to handle incidents, changes and service requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or similar roles.
• Proven expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM.
• Experience with endpoint protection solutions and ITSM tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
