We’re looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring in the EPC and Oil & Gas sector. If you're driven, resourceful, and experienced in both white- and blue-collar recruitment, this opportunity could be your next big move.

️ Key Responsibilities:

·Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions

·Lead high-volume hiring and niche skill acquisition

·Coordinate with internal teams for mobilization, documentation, and timely closures

·Source through job portals, ATS systems, and professional networks

·Maintain reports and hiring data using Excel and digital tools

What You Bring:

·10–15 years of recruitment experience, specifically in EPC – Oil & Gas

·Previous experience in the Middle East preferred

·Exposure to both white-collar and blue-collar hiring

·Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

·Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and Excel

·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Qualification: Any graduate. Additional certification in HR will be an added advantage
