Take your trauma surgery career to a new level in a major Middle Eastern trauma centre. Through Global Medical Recruiting (GMR), an international healthcare recruitment agency established in 2007, you’ll be connected with Qatar’s flagship public healthcare provider and its modern, JCI-accredited hospitals.

In this role you’ll handle a wide range of complex trauma and emergency surgical cases, share responsibility for on-call and theatre work, and actively participate in MDT meetings, teaching and service development within a high-performing, multicultural team.

• Tax-free Grade 113 specialist package – total salary 34,906 QAR/month (non-negotiable)

Family benefits apply only if dependants reside in Qatar under your sponsorship. Final package is at the discretion of the employer.

Candidate profile

• International applicants only – currently not working in Qatar
• Board-certified / specialist-level Trauma or General Surgeon
• Valid home-country license to practice as a Specialist Physician
• Meets criteria for Specialist registration and licensing in Qatar
• Significant experience in trauma and emergency surgery within a tertiary or major acute care setting
• Confident working in a busy trauma environment and interested in teaching, supervision and ongoing quality improvement
