We’re looking for Welfare Officers to join our team on various oil & gas construction sites across the UAE.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

A degree in HR, Social Work, Industrial Relations, or similar

3 to 5 years of experience in worker welfare roles, ideally in large construction or oil & gas projects

Good understanding of UAE labour laws and ADNOC welfare standards

Experience in managing worker accommodations and handling complaints

Languages like Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, or Odiya are a big plus!
