Requirements:

- Industry: Water Infrastructure | Civil Construction | Reservoir Projects | EPC

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 15–18 years of experience in reservoir or water infrastructure projects.

- Strong technical expertise in reinforced concrete reservoir construction and civil EPC works.

- Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, execution, and resource control.

- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams to ensure project compliance.

- Knowledge of quality standards (CQP, inspections, non-conformities) and ability to implement Quality Management Systems.

- Solid understanding of HSE requirements for water infrastructure and ability to enforce safety on-site.
