Kingston Stanley is partnering with a leading company based in Sharjah to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.

💼 Key Requirements:

·        8–10 years of experience in employee relations

·        Fluent in English and Arabic

·        Willingness to travel to Iraq as part of the role

💰 Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 + benefits
