Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets.

Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies.

Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.

Collaborate with marketing for promotional events.

Prepare budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
