Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• HACCP certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
