Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to take on new challenges in the dynamic oil & gas sector? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support onshore and offshore operations in Qatar.

📍 Location: Qatar

🛠 Industry: Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore Projects)

📅 Experience: Minimum 5 years in logistics (preferably in oil & gas sector within Qatar)

🔍 Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, material handling, shipping documentation, and supporting personnel mobilization to ensure smooth and timely execution of project activities.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel to/from site locations.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage all shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs and local regulations.

Monitor inventory and shipment tracking using ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).

Support mobilization and demobilization of offshore/onshore crews.

Uphold QHSE standards and adhere to company logistics procedures.

✅ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of logistics/supply chain experience in oil & gas projects.

Solid understanding of Qatar’s customs procedures, port operations, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
