Our client is a leading Bahraini company in the seafood processing industry with a strong global presence. Known for delivering premium-quality seafood products—raw, frozen, cooked, and breaded—the company is focused on excellence, sustainability, and innovation in food production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily sales operations in the Bahrain market
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities
• Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve set targets
• Utilize CRM tools to track pipelines, manage leads, and analyze performance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the FMCG sector (experience in fisheries or seafood industry is a plus)
• Demonstrated experience in sales strategy, operations, and team management
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Must be able to work full-time and on-site in Bahrain
