Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR Shared Services and a passion for streamlining operations across regions? A leading Multinational organization is looking for a People Operations Manager to drive consistency and excellence in HR service delivery.

📍 Location: Dubai

📅 Contract Type: Permanent Role

🕗 Start Date: ASAP – Immediate joiners preferred or up to 30 Days Notice Period

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with COEs and Business Partners to execute HR strategies across regions

Lead harmonization of HR processes and ensure global compliance

Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support accurate reporting

Manage the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding

Align recruitment planning with workforce needs and manage end-to-end hiring

Support implementation of talent development programs and performance cycles

Assist in executing employer branding and strategic recruitment initiatives

Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement in people operations

Manage third-party vendors and ensure service quality

Partner with senior stakeholders for leadership and critical hiring needs

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

8+ years of HR experience with a strong foundation in HR Shared Services

Prior experience in a product-based or technology-driven organization

Hands-on experience with KSA or GCC HR operations is a strong advantage

Proficient in HR systems, data management, and reporting

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
