Join a leading healthcare organization spearheading AI-powered transformation in the Middle East. We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Principal Consultant – Healthcare AI to drive innovative AI projects across clinical, operational, and digital health domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead AI strategy implementation in hospitals, outpatient centers, insurance, and digital health sectors.
• Develop scalable and ethical AI solutions, including CDS tools, risk models, imaging technologies, and IoT integration.
• Provide guidance on AI initiatives to C-suite executives, physicians, and IT leaders.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations in the GCC region (DHA, ADHICS, GDRFA, etc.).
• Establish and nurture diverse teams specializing in AI, data science, and clinical informatics.

Ideal Candidate:

• Over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting with a focus on AI and digital transformation leadership.
• Proficiency in working with hospital systems, payer organizations, or health ministries in the GCC.
• In-depth understanding of EHRs, HL7/FHIR, PACS, and claims data ecosystems.
• Advanced degree in Biomedical Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related clinical field.
• Fluency in Arabic and knowledge of regional regulations are advantageous.
